Jimmy’s popularity rose due to his prowess in music that he used to talk more about his life and the experiences that he had gone through. He has recorded songs that have been a hits and with a strong fan base which he referred to as the “Parrotheads”. Jimmy Buffett has also won several awards like the Country Music Association Awards in 2003, Academy of Country Music Awards in 2003, The Peoples Choice Award in 2004. he has also been nominated for The Grammy twice in 2004 and 2005.
